Light after Loss offers Grief Therapy for all types of losses. The grief process is unique to each person. I will be here to support you. There is healing and hope on this grief journey.

Grief Therapy Sessions

Grief Therapy may be right for you if you are:

  • Recovering from the death of a family member or friend

  • Divorce has many losses and life changes

  • Chronic illness

  • End of life

  • Loss of a pet

  • Job loss

  • Experiencing any life-changing loss

Together we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings around the loss you have experienced and find a path to healing. My hope is to help you learn how to get your life back into balance while incorporating the significant changes that have happened.

 

Counseling sessions can be done in-person at my office, in your home (for those who are home-bound), and online using video conferencing. I work with individuals.

I specialize in supporting clients through divorce and separation. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Specializing in solution-focused therapy for students and adults who are taking the courageous step of seeking therapy. My approach is designed to make this journey empowering and impactful. Together, we will uncover insights, develop strategies, and explore solutions that resonate with your unique situation.
